Terms & Conditions — 26jl Platform

"26jl" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 26jl.lat, operated by the entity holding a valid PAGCOR operating licence for internet-based gaming services.

"Account" means the personal gaming account opened by a Player following successful registration and identity verification on the 26jl platform.

"Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and winnings held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

"Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required of all Players before real-money gaming access is granted, as mandated by PAGCOR.

"PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for the licensing and regulation of gaming operations in the Philippines.

"Services" refers to all games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotional programmes, and support services made available through the 26jl platform.

"Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on any game or event offered through the 26jl platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 26jl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9287. Players who falsely declare their age during registration will have their Accounts permanently closed and any Balance forfeited.
• You are a natural person accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes. Corporate entities may not register as Players.
• You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. 26jl does not knowingly accept Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person employed by 26jl or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not been previously self-excluded or suspended from the 26jl platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the name, mobile number, email address, payment method, device, or GCash wallet used — are prohibited. 26jl reserves the right to merge, restrict, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void all associated transactions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your device. 26jl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify 26jl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 26jl will investigate and may suspend your Account pending resolution. You must not share your Account with, or transfer your Account to, any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as necessary. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and entitles 26jl to close your Account without prior notice.

You acknowledge that 26jl may at any time request additional documentation to verify your identity, source of funds, or residential address in compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

26jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction, including GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods and their associated fees and processing times are subject to change without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name and that correspond to the identity on your verified 26jl Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a payment instrument belonging to a third party may be reversed and the associated Account suspended.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 26jl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending additional verification in circumstances where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits applicable to each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to amendment. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment service provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals to or from the 26jl platform.

All games available on 26jl — including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, sabong, bingo, and fishing games — are subject to individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall govern in respect of the specific game only.

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) table game outcomes on 26jl are determined by certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and approved. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the game server. 26jl will not reverse a completed wager outcome except where a technical error demonstrably affected the result in a material way.

Sports betting and other event-based wagers are settled in accordance with the rules published for the specific market at the time the bet was placed. 26jl reserves the right to void any wager where the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or where there is evidence of market manipulation.

Wagers placed in error by the Player — including incorrect selections, staking errors, or bets placed on the wrong event — are the sole responsibility of the Player. 26jl does not accept requests to cancel or reverse wagers after they have been confirmed by the platform, except where a clear system error is evidenced.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 26jl are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. General bonus terms applicable to all promotions are as follows:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus Funds not wagered within the specified validity window will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• 26jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes.
• Each promotion is available to eligible Players once unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of related funds.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 26jl platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place wagers or otherwise interact with the platform without human intervention.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or third-party payment instruments, chargebacks, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Money laundering or any transaction structured to conceal the origin of funds, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotions collectively.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in 26jl's systems. Any Player who identifies a technical error must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it. Wagers placed as a result of a known error may be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any game or system software used by 26jl.

26jl is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a solution to personal difficulties.

Every 26jl Account includes the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits — Define the maximum net loss you may incur within a specified period.
• Session Time Alerts — Receive notifications when your continuous gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 26jl platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration specified and will be enforced across all 26jl gaming services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of 26jl.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 26jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

26jl's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you and held in your Account at the time the liability arises.

26jl makes no representation that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party network failures, and force majeure events — including natural disasters, governmental action, or regulatory directives — may affect platform availability. 26jl will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 26jl is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

26jl processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and PAGCOR's data handling requirements for licensed operators. You have rights as a data subject under RA 10173, including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

26jl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive, in which case the changes take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your Account Balance before the amendment takes effect.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 26jl arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, you must first contact 26jl support and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. The majority of account, payment, and game disputes are resolved at this stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support within a reasonable period, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels. PAGCOR maintains oversight of all disputes between licensed operators and their players and may make binding determinations in accordance with its regulatory authority.

Where formal litigation becomes necessary, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
